Erik Hendrick - Team Coach
Erik has applied his sales and marketing skills to self-funded Internet business opportunities, and has been providing Web Marketing and Development Services since 2004. In 2005 Erik profited with the Internet significantly from selling a product online that was a national phenomenon, and continues his online entrepreneurial ventures to this day. His background in IT Services began working for information technology services and consulting firm EDS (Electronic Data Systems) for six years (now owned by HP) through 2003. Upon his exit from EDS, Erik was conducting Business Development - structuring complex Information Technology outsourcing deals in excess of $100 Million. After EDS, Erik’s marketing and sales background was honed working with famous sales executive Chet Holmes. He also worked shortly for Jay Abraham “The World’s Most Expensive Marketing Consultant”. You can capitalize on his expertise in website graphic design, branding, website development, online advertising, marketing, sales, and video production.
Marcin Teodoru - Video Coach
PRODUCER / DIRECTOR - Marcin has been working in the film industry for over 11 years. He started his career at Clear Channel, producing and directing over 250 entertainment shows as well as television pilots, short films, trailers, commercials, and music videos. He has extensive feature film experience, working on such films as “Waiting” and “Edison”, a film staring Kevin Spacey and Morgan Freeman, also producing and directing his own films, “ACHT” and “CLOSURE”. Marcin brings to THE ROSTER a network of talented industry professionals with one idiology guiding his work, ENTHRALLING AND CAPTIVATING.
Chris - Team Player (Graphic Design)
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning, Chris is an adept, one of a kind brand builder here at THE ROSTER. He has launched a variety of innovative products and ventures, as both an independent consultant, as well as an employee for several world-class branding shops, from Landor Associates (San Francisco) to Gerstman and Meyer (New York). Chris has built brands and developed marketing and advertising campaigns in several industries: financial services, real estate, health and beauty, sports and fitness, food and beverage, and medical devices. He recently donated his services to design an event at the United Nations for the Somaly Mam Foundation and with THE ROSTER helps by donating services to non-profit initiatives.
Pete - Team Player (Graphic Design)
Straight from Pete: I’ve been a Graphic Designer in the Film and Entertainment industry for 14 years. Working on everything from mainstream blockbuster poster and website design, the accompanying advertising campaigns and the home entertainment package designs for the Blu-rays and DVDs - with everything in between. Originally from the UK, I moved to Hollywood and never looked back!
Tom - Team Player (Graphic Design)
Tom has ten years of experience in designing high quality graphics, webpages, web tools and multimedia marketing material for industries in biotech, consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical, cosmetics, packaging and much more. He brings to THE ROSTER forward thinking User Interface (UI) design, and strives to achieve the highest quality product to stimulate the highest possible revenue for THE ROSTER’s cliental.
Dan - Team Player (Programming)
Dan leads development of THE ROSTER’s MovableType projects. He has been working with Movable Type for seven years, learned Movable Type’s templating language, and developed countless Movable Type-driven sites for individuals and businesses. Dan has written some of the platform’s most popular plug-ins, used by such names as Nike, Time, US News and World Report, Shaun White, and the Chicago Tribune. He keeps a close watch of the Movable Type community by staying active in the support forums and on mailing lists, as well as being a Movable Type beta tester and bug submitter, and most recently as a core member of the Melody project.
Lynn - Team Player (Programming)
Lynn is an expert programmer specializing in eCommerce development and content management systems including Word Press, Drupal, and Joomla. He has an uncanny ability to simplify the seemingly complicated, and develops robust solutions with an eye on the future scalability of the development. Lynn also manages his own eCommerce website that boasts thousands of visits each day, nationwide. Whether the project is large, or small, Lynn directs it accordingly to fit the need. From affiliate management program integration to full scale enterprise-level rollouts, his development skills have been crafted from years of successful productions.
Chris 2.0 - Team Player (Programming)
Chris develops many of THE ROSTER’s MovableType projects - he is a perfectionist and an expert at solving the most challenging development puzzles.
Frank - Team Player (SEO - Search Engine Optimization)
Frank started out as a web designer and quickly evolved into an SEO Specialist, back in 1998. Even before Google entered the search engine world, Frank was optimizing web sites and doing search engine optimization for Excite, AltaVista, Northern Lights, GoTo, and other pre-Google search engines.
Frank has attended many global search engine marketing and search engine optimization conferences throughout the United States. He’s been to many Search Engine Strategies conferences, World Marketing Association conference, Search Marketing Expos, and SMX Advanced Search Engine Conference. He has successfully been able to help his clients over the last decade achieve top ten rankings in the search engines and enjoys the constantly evolving world of SEO.
Frank is a 10 veteran of the US Navy operating with specialized teams for the Special Operations Group and Air Intercept Controller Teams.

Rich’s in-depth understanding of technology, lead generation, pay-per-click, UX and SEO has given him the skills to create and grow profitable and successful online businesses. He has over 10 years of experience working in search engine management, and creating and optimizing websites. With nine years in web development, he manages projects to ensure a smooth process is maintained to achieve the ultimate goal. Luis has his eyes on every aspect of the projects he brings to life. Managing a web project is a complicated process with many moving parts, his background is in managing both design and development.
Shon - Team Player (Project Management / Business Development)
Shon leads THE ROSTER’s project management for all web developments. As the head of project development he keeps a pulse on new methodologies for marketing opportunities of new technology advances and business development strategies. Shon has years of experience leading the operational development of two $50+ Million companies, he is an invaluable part of THE ROSTER, ensuring harmony in all of the team’s activities.
